Our vacuum extracts 95% of soiled water before it settles in to the carpets underlining pad. We also use a carpet scrubber on those hard to clean heavy traffic areas when ever necessary. Carpets are pre-sprayed be for extraction and take usually 3 to 5 hours to dry. We use the highest quality cleaning detergents for the best results possible.

2 Carpet Repair:
CARPET REPAIR: Patriot can repair sections of bad carpet by cutting out and replacing a burnt spot, or an ugly stain. We can also stretch out those wrinkles. In order to do a patch repair you will need a spare piece of carpet to provide for us, such as a piece from inside a closet or some left over roll in the garage.

6 Pet Urine Extraction:
PET URINE EXTRACTION: Pet urine does not come out with a regular cleaning. When a pet relieves them self, a puddle of urine is left to seep in to the underlining cushion and even as fare as the baseboard. This requires a chemical treatment of an Enzyme and Odor neutralizer poured out to flood the area and left for 30 minutes to activate, then extracted out with a flood extraction tool. This removes the Urine and the smell, but NOT THE STAIN. The stain is another process that we can also service.

7 Spot/Stain Removal:
SPOT AND STAIN REMOVAL: Spots are included with the regular cleaning and some stains will lighten up with regular cleaning. We treat all spots and stains with spot removers as we do the cleaning. Any stain that does not come out with the spot removers will require a separate procedure for stain removal. If you would like your stain removed we can continue, but stains are not always a 100% though some come out very well. Some stains require a patch. A path can be an invisible repair. There is an additional cost for stain removal.

8 Tile /Grout Cleaning:
TILE & GROUT CLEANING, SEALING
A. CLEANING: the surface and grout joints are first scrubbed with a floor scrubber using a high alkaline cleaner, then extracted with a high-pressure hot water vacuum floor tool.
B. SEALING: all stone “Marble Slate Granite”, grout and some tile are porous. They will all absorb moisture and are subject to staining and discoloration if left un-treated. Sealing will preserve the life and natural beauty of your investment. Sealing should always take place shortly after installation to keep it looking new. Sealing will repel spilt drinks, food and make for an easier cleanup.

9 Re-Grouting:
RE-GROUTING: before you decide to re-grout, let us see if it’s cleanable. We use the most powerful two-step process for grout cleaning. If we can’t clean it we will re-grout. Sometimes only sections need re-grouting. Whether its partial or full re-grouting we do it all.
